Ann Baughman

Ann Baughman, Associate Director, leads Freshwater Future’sClimate Program and assists with fundraising.   Ann has coordinated funding diversification for Freshwater Future building a membership program of over 500 members; increasing major gifts and increasing new foundation sources.  Previous to Freshwater Future Ann served as the Watershed Protection Director for the Tip of the Mitt Watershed Council and Park Ranger for the National Park Service.  Ann has produced dozens of publications and several watershed management plans.

Freshwater Future helps people protect the Great Lakes.  We do this by providing funding, technical and communications assistance to groups working to protect and restore their rivers, lakes, wetlands and groundwater in the Great Lakes region.

Freshwater Future's mission is to build effective community-based initiatives to protect and restore the water quality of the Great Lakes basin.
