I have worked on climate change for the past five years at the World Bank and the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Evaluation Office. While some work has involved mitigation, the bulk of my expertise lies in adaptation and social development. I have authored a chapter on social impacts of climate change in coastal zone in Latin America and the Carribean for the book "Reducing Poverty, Protecting Livelihoods, and Building Assets in a Changing Climate." At GEf I primarily work on M&E of adaptation to climate change. We have completed evaluations of the Least Developed Countries Fund (LDCF), the Strategic Priority for Adaptation (SPA) and the Special Climate Change Fund (SCCF). We also do significant work with the Adaptation Fund on Evaluations.
