National Park Service Interpreting Climate Change Virtual Course
The two-day Interpreting Climate Change virtual course provides an overview of the practical knowledge and skills that will enable interpreters to develop effective, engaging personal and non-personal interpretation for both natural and cultural sites. Participants will develop their own unique site-specific stories that interpret climate change through innovative lenses.
The next offerings of this course will consist of two five-hour sessions on consecutive days. The content of each offering is largely the same, with the only major variable being the time of day (to best meet the needs of those in each time zone). It is preferred that you sign up for the offering targeting your region, but you may sign up for a different one if it is more convenient for your schedule. Each offering’s targeted time zones are highlighted in blue, and each offering will meet at the same time both days.
After you choose your session, you'll have a chance to enter second or even third choice in case multiple dates/times will work for you.
