Coastal managers around the world are increasingly recognizing the need to consider climate change impacts in their planning and management. To help managers identify and prioritize tools to assess climate vulnerability and adaption options, we present a new community-based climate adaptation module.

Join Elizabeth McLeod, Climate Adaptation Scientist from The Nature Conservancy, to learn about the module and how it compiles the latest scientific guidance to help managers determine social and ecological vulnerabilities to climate change and other stressors. In addition, Dareece Chuc, Environmental Education and Communication Director from the Belize Audubon Society, will share successes, challenges and lessons learned implementing the LEAP (Local Early Action Planning and Management) Tool in Belize.
