Join ICLEI USA and ICLEI Canada for this webinar in which we share what we learned touring four European cities -- Dresden, Rotterdam, Bonn, and Freiburg -- as part of our recent Resilient Cities Study Tour. Staff from local governments in the United States and Canada joined us, and they'll join our webinar to share their perspectives on the leading edge of community resilience.
