Community Based Adaptation Project Manager

The CBA Project Manager will lead the consortium climate change adaptation activities (i.e. activities common to all partners) as well as provide technical support, advice and training for member organisations. This role will connect with key program staff in each of the partner International Non-Government Organisations (INGO) and help to provide a common understanding and approaches to community-based climate change adaptation and water catchment management. It will also oversee and advise on, a community-based analysis and planning process, coordinate program delivery, participate in national climate change fora and relevant Government processes, and be responsible for ensuring that effective monitoring, evaluation, documentation and learning takes place. The role will also facilitate linkages with key research institutions for the purposes of research and documentation. It will manage and provide mentoring and coaching to facilitate the professional development of staff.
