Climate Change Adaptation Coordinator Needed at Anglia Ruskin University

About the role:
In partnership with Sustainability East, we have an opportunity for a high calibre graduate to join this vibrant and independent social enterprise specialising in climate and sustainable development strategies. Based full time at the organisation’s premises in Cambridge, your role will be to work with Sustainability East and Anglia Ruskin University’s Global Sustainability Institute to enhance the evidence base for adaptation as a response to climate change in the East of England and launch a stakeholder network able to manage adaptation measures and share best practice. This project is part of the Low Carbon KEEP Programme and is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the East of England Development Agency (EEDA) subject to successful approval.
You will have a minimum of a 2:1 in Business Information Systems, Communication Studies, Environment/Sustainability Studies or a related discipline and relevant commercial experience of market analysis, business development, stakeholder involvement and sustainability issues. An excellent communicator, you will be able to work with colleagues at all levels, be self-motivated and able to work to strict deadlines.
