Arleen O'Donnell leads ERG's Natural Resources and State Program Support areas. She brings an academic background in biology (B.S.) and engineering (M.S.), and nearly 20 years in leadership positions at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, to coastal resources protection on behalf of public sector clients. Climate adaptation planning and coastal resilience area growing areas of her practice. Clients include the US EPA, NOAA Coastal Services Center and the US Dept of Justice.
