I am the founder of Outreach Scout Foundation formed in 2004 and i have in the NGO sector over 15years. I am a member to the several techncal working groups and committees such as National Social Protection Committee (public works, school meals, farm input subsiday and social cash transfers), National Bioethics Committee etc.
