Amy Seidl is an author and ecologist. Her books Finding Higher Ground: Adaptation in the Age of Warming (2011) and Early Spring: An Ecologist and Her Children Wake to a Warming World (2009) emphasize adaptation and evolution to climate change. 

Currently Amy is a Lecturer in the Environmental Studies Program at the University of Vermont.
