David Flores is a Senior Policy Analyst for the Center for Progressive Reform and works on state and federal climate adaptation policy and advocacy. David received his law degree from the University of Maryland in 2016, cum laude, with a certificate of concentration in environmental law, and his B.A. from Bard College in environmental science in 2008.
