Micah Mcmillan

Senior Analyst

Micah McMillan is a senior analyst in the Natural Resources and Environment team of GAO where he has worked since 2004. Micah’s work has primarily focused on climate change, water infrastructure, and the impacts of energy production on water quality. Micah has Master’s degrees in Environmental Science and Public Affairs from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
