Missy Stults was the Climate Adaptation Manager with ICLEI -Local Governments for Sustainability USA. She worked with ICLEI's more than 600 local government members to understand how they are vulnerable to climate change, how those vulnerabilities are likely to be exacerbated, and to help devise strategies for increasing resilience to identified vulnerabilities and risks.
