I'm an environmental scientist with experience in climate change, water quality, air quality, and waste management issues. I retired from full-time work in September 2017, after serving in several senior management positions at ICF, leading groups working on climate risk assessment & management, greenhouse gas inventories, mitigation policy and strategies, clean energy, and integrating climate change into other resource management frameworks. My experience in climate impacts, adaptation, and resilience is primarily related to water resources and infrastructure. I have a master's degree in water resource management, and a bachelor's in zoology, both from the University of Maryland.
