Stacey is a land use planner and environmental policy specialist with expertise in regional planning, hazard mitigation, and climate adaptation planning. She co-founded Foresight Partners Consulting, where she strives to build the adaptive capacity of communities by facilitiating the incorporation of climate goals and policies into ongoing land use planning work and by developing and tailoring regulatory tools that will address climate impacts and implications. Stacey's past work has focused extensivley on resource management and growth conflicts as both a regulator and technical assistant helping regional and municipal officials understand and equally apply best planning practices and critical resource information. Stacey is a graduate of the University of Vermont and earned a Master's degree from Tufts University, Dept. of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning.
