Yoon is an adaptation expert with ten years of experience supporting the integration of climate change into planning and decision-making in the Caribbean, West and East Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and the U.S. (primarily in California). At Four Twenty Seven, she works with local and state governments to deliver climate vulnerability assessments and adaptation policy consulting. Yoon is also responsible for activities ranging from business development and partnerships to project management, analysis, and delivery.
