In this webinar, we’ll hear from a panel of early career researchers who have recently navigated the Northwest job market and landed positions related to climate adaptation across a range of sectors. Our panel, made up of three NW CASC Research Fellowship alumni, will share insights about what led them into their current positions, tradeoffs they’ve experienced in their sectors, opportunities to develop actionable science with partners, and ways in which their organizations are supporting climate adaptation.
