Matt Fertakos (University of Massachusetts, Amherst) will present a newly published Research to Practice summary "Climate-Smart Gardening 2.0: Plants to Promote Climate Adaptation". Following a presentation on the conceptual background, how the resource was created, and a brief dataset demonstration, we’ll facilitate themed breakout room discussions focused on hands-on practice using the resource, the future of climate-smart gardening, and matching supply with demand for native plant materials. Anyone interested in ecological landscaping is welcome to join this free event.
