POSITION AND SALARY: Climate and Coastal Hazards Specialist
$36,000 – $38,000 as determined by the qualifications of the appointee
LOCATION: Office of the Governor, Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality at the Division of Coastal Resources Management (DCRM), Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands
OVERVIEW: The Climate and Coastal Hazards Specialist will serve as the lead on projects related to climate change, community resiliency, and coastal hazards, while providing technical support to DCRM’s Planning Section for any projects involving analysis and coordination of hazards information and climate-related data. The Specialist will work both independently and collaboratively with DCRM staff, personnel in partner agencies, and regional contacts.
