Opportunity

The Equitable Adaptation Specialist will play a critical role in embedding equity considerations into the design, implementation and monitoring & evaluation of adaptation and conservation projects and strategies with field teams across the organization, and in support of them. This will be accomplished by raising awareness and understanding about the importance of integrating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) and the relevance of intersectionality in the design and implementation of NBS, by strengthening technical capacity in the field, and by creating, managing, and promoting internal and external partnerships.
