General Overview

The Manager, Climate Resilience is primarily responsible for managing the program activities and projects under Resilient Communities and Watersheds, a joint program with the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy that addresses a fundamental lack of integration between land use planning and water management in response to population trends, drought and other climate impacts. The manager oversees project budgets, vendor contracts and agreements with consultants; engages stakeholders with diverse interests and partners; and assists with program development. The manager engages in production of program work, including research and analysis, writing and designing reports and communications materials, organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops and webinars, managing the program website and providing administrative support for the joint program and assigned projects.
