Request for Reponses/Open Solicitations - Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) is soliciting bidders for the development of a statewide assessment detailing how Massachusetts sectors, people, and regions may be affected by climate change and related hazards through the end of the century.
The MA Climate Change Assessment will serve as a core component of the 2023 State Hazard Mitigation and Climate Adaptation Plan (SHMCAP) Update, and inform its action plan. It will utilize best available climate science and identify statewide risks and impacts across key sectors and regions, and develop data-driven and ranked climate risk consequence and urgency ratings. The project process will also include the planning and facilitation of stakeholder engagement, and the production of a final report that includes content, data, and graphics ready for integration onto ResilientMA.org.
