Established in 2011, the mission of the Erol Foundation is to invest in effective organizations and courageous leaders with the potential to move our world to a more sustainable, just, and prosperous future.

This internship provides a unique and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a philanthropic foundation by providing research and analysis to support grantmaking efforts in our four priority areas. The intern will work closely with Erol staff to provide research, social media, administrative and event support.

An Erol intern will gain experience working with a foundation team and play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s future grantmaking endeavors. There will be opportunities to network with various non-profit and philanthropic organizations and improve research and project management skills. The intern will report directly to Erol staff and meet weekly with the Erol team.

The internship is a 5-month full-time position starting January 17, 2023 through June 16, 2023.
