The Job………….
We are at a pivotal time to help the state reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40% in a decade and reach carbon neutrality by 2045. Implementing SCE’s vision of a clean grid that helps decarbonize California and proves resilient to a changing climate will require new ideas, strategies, and policies, all developed on a foundation of analytical, data-driven rigor.
 


As the Climate Strategy Senior Advisor, you will lead projects that advance SCE’s strategies and policies related to further decarbonization of the electric sector; efficient electrification across building and transportation; economy-wide carbon reduction pathways; utility and customer adaptation to climate change; and assessments on GHG and air quality emissions and costs.
 


Come and support SCE’s climate change mitigation and adaption strategic initiatives, policy positions, regulatory filings, program development, and external advocacy as related to SCE’s Clean Power and Electrification strategy.
