Harris & Associates has an opening for an Sustainability and Climate Change Senior Project Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Sustainability and climate change (greenhouse gas emissions) team and capabilities with the support of Harris' Strategic Advisory Services and Environmental Planning + Compliance Teams to support current and future services. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for building Harris' reputation, for securing and overseeing implementation of a variety of sustainability and climate change projects. The position may be based at any of our offices in California.
The Senior Project Manager will work in a collaborative inter-disciplinary fast growing team of over 50 people within a diverse company; lead pursuits; direct and manage complex projects; work with division leadership to build a team; manage and mentor junior staff; and strengthen our client relationships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing climate change projects, winning work, and demonstrating a strong customer service orientation.
