EcoAdapt and Virginia Tech are conducting a National Science Foundation-funded study aimed at enhancing the quality of climate adaptation workshops in the United States. One aspect of this study is to survey participants in past workshops about what they found most valuable about the workshop and its outcomes. Aggregate results will be shared broadly. Participant identities will remain confidential.

The Department of Environmental Sciences at Emory University seeks applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position in Agricultural Data Science. The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will join an interdisciplinary and trans-institutional project integrating big geospatial data with qualitative data to model and understand the interactions between climate, land use, and agroecological outcomes. The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will be mentored by Dr. Emily Burchfield who has teaching and research interests in sustainable food systems, data science, and geospatial analysis.
