Abstract

Reporting teams across the National Public Radio (NPR) Network have been searching the world for solutions to climate change.

As part the 2023 Climate Week, NPR is sharing what they found, a compilation that includes audio interviews and reporting and written articles and stories on research, community efforts, and public policies that attempt to address climate change impacts and find solutions.

Some of the stories include:

  • How kids are making sense of climate change and extreme weather
  • Innovators share what helped convince them to take climate action
  • People working on climate solutions are facing a big obstacle: conspiracy theories
  • The communities experimenting with how to be more resilient to a changing climate
